@stone2rock I am sorry to hear what's happened to my beloved Hong Kong.

Guess I should learn to appreciate my own government more as I think Singapore has done far better than Hong Kong in education. We have toddlers as young as 4 years old who can speak fluent English in child care centres and kindergardens.

actually even worse....HK govt change most schools to use "Cantonese" (so called Mother tongue) as medium of teaching after 1997...then lots of minor alteration making parents in HK so confused...

hENCE those fuck-up government officals doesn't give a damm as they'll send all their kids to INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL AND study aboard in future!
