6th world champion in powerlifting, Jaroslaw Olech, is squatting 350 kg (771,6 lbs.) in 75 kg (175 lbs.) class. This is a NEW WORLD RECORD in 75 class!!! Sölden, Austria, 37th Open Men's Championships of Powerlifting, 2007 Oct 17.

  • That was a deep squat. Much better than the bullshit squats that are passed in other organizations.

  • That's because this squat is at an IPF affiliate's competition where the judging is extremely strict. The "half ass" squats you're referring to are probably WPO squats where the judging is lax and they use double ply, canvas squat suits so everyone and their mother can squat 1000+ lbs

  • he could have done this lift as his first lift so easy it was. but it was not a deep squat. i think it was okay deep but i always go way deeper then this. he is a monster really strong guy.
