  • What if i wanted to use a slotted port instead of a round port for the ported & bandpass enclosures? can you do a vid on how to do that?. Thx

    Follow the same procedure as with a round port, but with the following changes:

    For a rectangular port, calculate D=2*squareroot(Width*Height/pi­) and use that for diameter in the Port Design Tool.

    For a slotted port, the port uses one wall of the enclosure which makes the box think the port is longer than it actually is. Use the rectangular port method, but then shorten it by half the height (smaller port dimension) to compensate.
