The sentria came out in may of 2006. Read the serial numbers on the side of the machine and you can tell the plant, the month, and the year on any kirby. ps. another easy way to tell wich model you have is to look at the handle. but to correct your post the first number does not tell you the month. If its a 1 it was made in cleveland and a 2 is in ft. andrews, tx

Nice vid. Besides exterior styling is there any differance between the sentria and the ultimate g non-diamond edition. Or is there newer technology in the sentria as well?

@Jaydee928 I have a sanitronic VII, Heritage, used to have a Legend II but that blew up on me in '04 :( G3, and 2 G4s

I bought mines in 2005 so that would be the sentria I paid more than $1,500 for it and the sad part is i hardly even used it just to vacum the carpet cuz I dont know how to used it i'm glad u have all these tutorials I will be watching them to learn. thanks
