Make your own strongman sandbag for next to no cash, and use it to incinerate fat off your body. Your grip strength and anaerobic power will go off the charts too.
You can make a lot of typs of bags for low cost using household things as well as finding used but usable stuff. Military bags duffel bags pillow cases and if you can't get sand or afford it the answers under your feet DIRT! Real cheap to buy or drive in the middle of nowere with buckets and bags. Anyway you can make a buch of sandbags to train with things that are most needed are plastic bags to fill, tape, rope and your chose of size style and creative workouts, hope this helps.
@MrConstantine38 Heck, Went to a tire shop today. I got 3 innertubes for free. Got 6 hose clamps for about $10, A roll of duct tape(which I allready had lying around) I took a few bags of sand that I had in the box of my truck in the winter for traction(winters over) Made myself a 75lb a 50lb and a 25lb. for about $10 each. You don't need handles I just packed the sand loose enough that you could just grab it. Beats paying $175 for one of these fancy ones, and it works just as well Im sure.
nuff respect to this regimen, it shows that you dont need to pay a penny fore gyms just use whats around and improvise. I totally believe in this type of training i stole 2 x sand bags off the street from a road works and ive been using them in a similar way. I'll definately use these exercises nice 1!!!!
I made a 50lbs sandbag. From
A) everest duffel bag ($14.00)
B) play sand (any OSH or Home Depot) 50lbs. ($4.50)
C) blankets from home (for ballast)
D) (optional)...I would tape up the sandbag, not too tight though, with vizqueen).
Zip up and exercise. It's amazing.
