  • OH!! 1 last important thing!! Once you are happy with the template, make a new signature and copy n' paste THE WHOLE template so you always have it, like mail stationary.

  • Hmmm, I never realized that you can copy and paste HTML formatted text into an email signature. This is definitely worth exploring!

  • As you will see it will open in Mail and this whole page will be editable. You can then drop and drag more pictures or Co. logo and write what ever you like obviously.

Also a GREAT trick I learned is if you create a html template (like when ebay or your bank send you a html email) you can upload it to your site/ server then view it in safari then FILE>MAIL CONTENTS OF THIS PAGE or apple+I To know what I am talking about try it know, aplle/ cmnd, I.
