Members of the 1990-91 special teams of the Clements High School NJROTC unit assemble together for a full platoon inspection at the annual Area 8 Meet, hosted this school year by Prairie View A&M University. The platoon is inspected by a Marine Corps officer of the Prairie View A&M Navy ROTC unit, assisted by the college NROTC midshipman under his command.
