I don't see what the problem is. I work out too and have often been critiziced for the same reason. Getting a "decent looking" body is not an easy task. It takes a lot of effort, time & dedication, so why not showing off what one has busted his butt for? If a chick wears shorts or mini-skirts 'cause she has nice legs or unbutttons half of her shirt 'cause has nice tits it's ok. But if a man wants to show off what he works for, it's wrong? Not fair.

best thing i can advise all of you younger guys is to be patient, persistent, and adsorb all of the knowledge you can about the science of bodybuilding. i weighed 120lbs when i started and have averaged a gain of about 8lbs/year since that time

i got into lifting at home everyday (and running several nights per week) when i was fat at about age 12/13. joined a gym and soon got into powerlifting the summer after freshmen year of high school. i had just wrestled, at a weight of 119.

hey man,forget the 6 out of 15,concentrate on the 3rd,,here in the uk,politics come into judging,area,gym,ect, your lookin good and dont follow any new advice so close to ur day man,keep up the hard work increase the quads a touch,keep focussed youve got all the tools,just refine them a little,its all in the diet,the mind, ur shape is ready to tweak so dont be dispondent mate.build on ur focus usin the 3rd,good luck and keep posting.

thank bro, i really appreciate it. i have faced a lot of personal issues in the last few years (since my best ever conditioning, and winning) but i think things are coming together, priorities and understandings about what it really takes to succeed. i've had some harsh lessons in work ethic recently.
we should always strive to arise from the ashes of helplessness and defeat, to a newer and stronger embodiment of our true selves

thanks man. the answer to that question is so multi-faceted and individualized. train hard, train smarter rather than harder when applicable, and eat, eat, eat. thanks again. here's my current routine:
SAT: Quads / Calves
SUN: Chest / Lats / Rear Delts
MON:
TUE: Hams / Back
WED:
THR: Biceps / Traps / Side Delts
FRI: Triceps / Front Delts
