I was just there this summer and I'm pretty sure that the bay beach is still there. I hope cause i grew up with it too!

I prefer Kismet and Saltaire over Ocean Beach, mainly because I like my freedom. Because in summer us humans get dehydrated and shouldn't need to walk to a commercial area to rehydrate. And what's wrong with some kite flying? All the rules in that village are very Un-American. Sounds like village needs to study the US Constitution instead of the USSR law.
