ah a free man, good on him. for a man to maintain his innocence for 13 years is a big feat.when we listened to his verdict at work we all cheered 4 him. I hope he gets his life back,its what he deserves. i dont give a shit if u give me thumbs down, WOW, A RED THUMB POINTING DOWN,wont do shit

What an utter embarrising moment for NZ justice. This really shows how a jury can be manipulated.DId any of the jury look at the facts ?? have any of them the ability to reconstruct those facts and work out that David bain is a liar and not a very good one? How utterly embarrassing, NZ will have to confront this sooner or later!!

Guilty as hell. We need to adopt the Scottish system where there as three results: Guilty, not guilty and not proven. Everyone knows David did it but the defense choose to create a sense of doubt so he cannot legally be found guilty as they have to be certain
