  • @TheAirwaterearth If I knew someone with a 7D I would love to test it out, but I don't know anyone with it. If it works on a 50D, I don't see why it wouldn't work on a 7D.

  • It is not made for newer cameras as i understand

    No 5d mark II or 7D

  • @TheAirwaterearth It works just fine with my Canon 50D which was released by Canon at almost the same time as the 5D Mark II. The only camera I've had trouble with has been my 1D Mark II, but when the extra cord is attached to the remote and plugged directly into the 1D Mark II it works fine (but without the wireless functionality)

  • mine stopped working after a few days. horrible quality, don't buy it!

  • it's works great on my 7D! You can set it on bull mode, only problem dosent have OFF swich:)

  • Can the remotes functions be used in combination??

    For example, can this be set to a BULB exposure of 2min for timelaps?

  • @davidwmunoz its a pretty ridiculous 300+ feet for me i was really amazed alot further then i ever want to be away from my $3000 camera

  • try unplugging and replugging it in while the camera is on and i bet it will work with both i had the same problem with my 7d at first green light came on but nothing happen so i unplugged and replugged and it started working i would try that if you haven't yet

  • @TheAirwaterearth nope it should work great with both i use it on my 7d yes the wireless works on mine

  • Hello... Would you happen to know what the distance is you can be from the receiver and still have it function wirelessly?
