The Venus Project is not socialism. When he says he wants to unify the world he doesn't mean brainwashing everyone to follow all-encompassing belief system, he means get everyone to eliminate their hate for others who are different. Accept differences and truly believe that all men have an equal place on this earth so there are no nations but a cooperative human race. This may seem impossible but that is because we are used to this world. Future kids can be accustomed to a Fresco world

How many uprisings have there been in the world when a government has become tyrannical and caused great heartaches and burdens on the people. How many times have people risen against kings who had created burdens against their citizens, No utopia of total social peace as Jacque Fresco talks of has ever successfully. It has been tried. That is why the terms "socialism" exists. Reason - Evil. I do not disagree with his philosophy, I have just said it is a fantasy share by many.

USA?...democracy...no...

democracy however is not a failed ideology...scandic/nordic/euro­pean countries and australia,new zealand etc have very democratic governments and transparency....

even usa's "hat" canada is better than good ol' 'MERICA.....
