  • Miles Austin turned into a toad!

  • Eating foods that make you fat =! muscle

  • cell mass and creatine will not build anymore muscles for your body. If u have a shit diet it is alirght to add creatine if you arent eating meats. u only have a limited amount of creatine kinase, the shit that actually utilizes the creatine, so shoving a ton in your body is pointless; it doesnt increase muscular strength by alot, it just makes u look big

  • 20 pounds in 3 weeks hahahahahahahahahaa what a fool. or are the consumers the fool?

  • Yo Elliot. I have now reached my goal weight and I am still 6'2 at 185lbs (it's been a year). I still have body fat to burn though. I am 17 years old. (I naturally have a large built physic like you) I'm just unhappy with my strength, and I want to be able to see my muscles more. Can I start taking creatine along with the protein shakes I take to get stronger? I ask this because you mention I will see an increase in weight. Just scares me a little when I hear that lol. Thank you!!

  • Yo Elliot! It's 2012 now, do you still use that same creatine? What do you use now?

  • Hey just curious on your thoughts about wheybolic 60

  • @TheMattismatt true...because...my coach told me...with a good training and good nutrition...the best you can get is 20 pounds maybe more...in 6 months. (but it's 20 pounds of pure muscle.
