Dad was in 1LI, we lived in this barracks 1983-86...great times.

Was at nescliff e for a wing training weekend (333 Ludlow Squadron, West Mercia Wing, ATC. we were billeted in the huts near the main gate as apposed to the nisan style ones by the mess hall.
Great supporter of all three services and family connections with all three too.
full credit to the LI as i've tried and failed to do 180 ppm!

seems wierd to see nesscliffe again i went there for a summer camp cos im in the rifles 6th battlion cadets nd seen the salamanca band perform this song live just today at exmouth freedom parade lol good times

What you have missed out on is seeing the Band and Bugles of the Light Division [both LI & RGJ] in 93 after the march off at the Horseguards Beating of the Retreat Parade they were reduced, the Royal Tournament in 94 witnessed the last ever performance by 4 Bands of the Light Division. Cede Nullis

Thanks mick it will be interesting to see your latest production from the old depot and now iknow you boys meet up every june would like to come maybe next year? have been using a mates computer for first time as im still in stone age but its been interesting.anyway mick have a great w/end and ill look in soon.Up the 2Li.
