This is an exercise that I have never seen executed anywhere online. I am proud to present this to you as part of your routine. You don't want to rest your knees on the floor, but if you can not support your weight I can see you breaking this rule. As you descend you will extend forward in to a push up, before you ascend back to your starting position you want to push backwards (NOT UP AND THEN BACKWARDS) to your starting position...have fun its a killer
@2485Jake these are called frog ups, emphasis is placed on triceps, front deltoids, chest, and quads. When you press forward, you need to push out with your legs (but not to hard) else you will shot forward and lose form.
You can also shoot out, then perform a couple of mountain jumpers, or mountain climbers then back to your frog up push, im just saying thats another variation you can perform. if you want to practice the program visit or google mmaarmorprogram - register online. net or com
