  • He's right.

  • @WOWJBEOWULF Wtf?! You wanna try that one again in English??

  • Oh please, Rush. The defendants lost because they put up an absolutely disgraceful, almost non-existent defense. It was almost laughable how the Prop 8 supporters couldn't even defend THEIR OWN LAW!

For a gay, supposedly biased judge who "should have recused himself", Walker sure was impartial. He practically BEGGED and PLEADED the defendants to present evidence, ANY evidence, to make their case.

By the way, "liberal activist judge"? Walker was appointed by Bush Sr. in 1989.

  • Dildos Rush! I'm a dildohead and agree with what every you say! Taken any oxycodone or hydrocodone lately?

  • @gombis666 as a gay male, would u suck rush limbaugh's cock?

  • @FuckUtube4Life2010 - Im even more sorry to burst your bubble - gay marriage is an inevitability, it will happen in all

50 states. Whether or not most americans agree with it, more states will continue to allow it.

  • Overturning prop 8 was democracy at its finest. Democracy is not just "majority rules." The phony outrage is astounding. If this was a judge overturning Roe vs Wade, he'd be celebrating and not calling it "tyranny."

  • Prop 8 was unconstitutional Rush. Stop preaching love of the constitution when you don't know what's in it. Look at the 14th Amendment.

  • If america stands for equal rights, then why can't gay people get married, pay taxes and get the same rights as a man and a woman?....hmmmmm. Try to argue that point ladies and gentlemen.

  • @1988kneedeep talk about delusions of grandeur. for better or worse, most Americans do NOT support gay "rights". that's just wishful thinking on ur part. sorry to bust ur bubble.
