A scene from the wonderful colorized version of "Holiday Inn" 1942. I will try and add extra colour scenes in due course. Bing Crosby and Marjorie Reynolds (dubbed by Martha Mears) sing Irving Berlin's timeless classic.

The colorized version of Holiday Inn is on DVD now, and also It's A Wonderful Life.
I used to hate attempts of colorizing b/w movies, but now I think they have nailed it.
Wonder if they guess the color of things, or copy from color photographs??

My apologies to other youtube members who unfortunatly see this message. This type of response was never what I had expected I just wanted people to see it and enjoy it. I will not place any more clips and maybe I will withdraw this and retire from youtube soon.

I have loved this movie since I was 8,and I am shocked Marjorie's voice was cut out of this scene..I hope thats her singing in other scenes,B&W is better but this is one moment in this movie that calls for color.
I'm afraid the youtube police pulled the best B&W version,so I hope this one stays up through Christmas.

Thank you for the message, It is best I do not comment on the dubbing issue as I would not want to spoil any feelings people might have about this or any other film. It is funny about colorization, some like me absolutely love it and it is the reason I fell in love with this film all over again in 2003 and watch it every few weeks, others are not as keen and I just respect their feelings.
