@kcham35334 Bieber shows up in easily available low-rating commerce TV and radio, which plays only what's "here and now", U2 is found only on good radio stations, because there is no need for them to promote themselves as every older generation knows them. It's like to compare rats that everyone knows because there are lots of them with animals like lions or white bears - they are rare, expensive, available not for everyone, but are guarded and loved. If you like good music, you will find them.

@kcham35334 I have also been thinking about that. You will see the same trend with other bands that are not from the time of the "youtube era". Despite of that fact, U2 for example, generates more money than any other band or artist. Luckily it´s not all about getting hits on youtube :)
