With all due respect to the King of Thailand, and to the people of Thailand--if I might recommend a good Dictionary of the English Language--an 1832 version of the Webster's Unabridged dictionary--it not only contains etymology of the words--how they have evolved in usage--but it is a history book in itself--good grammar usage--sample usage of the people that used the words--Something that might have been useful during the days of King Mongkut. I have one--$500.00 at an antique book store.
