You have no idea what you're talking about. you should try practicing in ITF style first, so you have an actual experience from which you may give an opinion, I used to criticize other styles until I began learning them and I realised that I was wrong. but like all ITF fighters I dont like WTF style, the only good thing about it is the speed and resistance. but that's it.

your hands are your first and most natural weapons. and its not easy to use them properly as you think.

i prefer WTF sparring because with these punches that are allowed, it kinda looks like a street fist fight which is really amusing.. besides, it takes no skill to punch someone in the face since we're all born to know how but we actually have to be taught to learn how to kick to the face
