Whereas I agree to some extent... Blue is Nirvana! One of my 5 Desert Island Discs along with Surrealistic Pillow, Rubber Riff, Rubber Soul and Selling England by the Pound

I have always felt every song that Joni wrote even though, she came before my time. I was fortunate enough to have an older Auntie who turned me on to her music. Ever since, she has spoken everything about my life, my feelings and who I am. She is one of the truest artist ever to be.

There are so many wonderful songs, where do you start? "How do you Stop?" "Help Me" "Cactus Tree" "Just Like this Train" "Both Sides Now "Blue" "Chelsea Morning" "Otis and Marlena" (hard to find) "Morning Morgantown" "The Circle Game" (written for Neil Young) "I Had a King" "Little Green" "A Case of You" "Turbulent Indigo" "Woman of Heart and Mind" oh gosh and so many more. Enjoy the discovery! She is one of the greatest songwriters, male or female, all time.
Every time I hear Joni Mitchell's voice it reminds me of waking up in my mom and dads bed when i was little. They use to have the Blue cd on there alarm clock to wake them up. So every morning I woke up to her voice. God I miss those days

Ever since I was a kid, I have been mesmerized by Joni's music and poetry, and perfect, soulful voice. Every song on her album "Court & Spark" is amazing. I've been listening to Joni for 40 years!
