explain again why the auto's aren't "true" RC's?

Each of the autographed "Rookies" in 2009 ToppChro are also available un-autographed. For instance, Ricky Romero has two cards in '09 Topps Chrome -- one autographed (#234), the other not (#193). You can only have one true-RC per player, per set, and if you have an instance like Romero, then the more common one is considered the "true" rookie.
