Tiger knee isnt that safe, uf you parry it, you can make a throw on it. Against tiger shot, you just have to move forward then, with a good timing, you can send a EX in the shot.
The only thing VERY broken i see is that Sagat can do an ultra on a tiger upercut when both of the opponents hits.
Sagat is good for dummies playing with pad. I see a lot of players switching to Boxer after they buy a stick.
