Ray Luv went to Strictly Business records and recorded a EP in 1992 called Who can be trusted, later re-released as Get My Money On. It contained the hit track Get My Money On! In 1993 he appereared on Mac Dre's album Young Black Brotha on the track They Don't Understand and on Mac Mall's album Illegal Business? on the track Pimp Shit.

Ray Luv signed with Khayree's label Young Black Brotha Records to record the album Forever Hustlin in 1995. It featured Mopreme, Rated R, Young Dre and Ray Luv's group The Link Crew. In 1996 Ray appeared on 2 tracks on the Young Lay album Black n Dangerous on Young Black Brotha Records including the track Got 2 Survive with 2Pac and Mac Mall.

Ray Luv left Young Black Brotha Records to his own record label Big Eddie Recordings. He released the album Coup D'Etat in 1999 on his record label. It featured Ant Dog, Triple X, Messy Marv and San Quinn. The track Chasin Heavin Raisin Hell was dedicated to 2Pac. In 2002 Ray Luv released A Prince In Exile. • This started it all for Ray Luv. A Bay Area classic. Love the last verse, "Police don't respect me, why you gots a pager, where did you get this money, Mr. Young Black Teenager? Got it from your daughter, she came to my concert, makin my record platinum, wearin a Ray Luv t-shirt,

    blame somebody, blame yourself

cuz you give her the money and she give it to somebody else, Me - now it's in my bank account ,so Mr. Five-o, here's somethin to think about."
