Does the same step apply for android? Cos I got the android phone & CS3070 paired but unable to connect and apparently unable to scan barcode.. I would appreciate if you do the same demo using android..
@gawindapper i think that's correct, some more expensive scanners have a button that brings up the iOS keyboard. i think you can just press the 'M' button to disable the scanner, use the keyboard, then hold the 'M' button down again for a few secs and it will reconnect, ,cos its already been paried i don't think you have to do the passkey scanning again.
But after the barcode scanner is recognized as a keyboard-device, the iPhone/iPad onscreen keyboard will no longer be available, until you turnoff bluetooth or unpair, right?
does your scanner beeps intermittently after it is paired? It is working fine but it just keeps this loud beep
