@DemianRX I completely agree with your opinion, that adding footwork would not only make for pure bboying, but would also display more all-around skill. Beyond that though, and after observing Lilou's bboy personality from his various videos, I have to say that his style consists of being aggressive and assertive. So judging from his blowups in the video, Lilou was really just being himself.

@crimson820 i agree, i should have left out the real/fake part. Lilou is still a TRUE bboy, but this.. like you said was a display of showingness. but its not the OOH and AAH's what are important. you can go wild and do 100 blowups, crash and have the crowd cheering but judges would see your crash as imperfectness (not talking about lilou, just in general). MY OPPINION is that IF he put the footwork in that set, it would be a pure Bboy to Bboy smoking. MY oppinion, no fact nor a rule

@DemianRX okay honestly there's no point arguing about the fact that powermoves are flashier than footwork. Footwork is the core of bboying, yes, but it is also a basic. No disrespect towards Ness, I think he is awesome, but Lilou simply beat him out in showiness, which calls for cheering and OOOH AHHHs 99% of the time. And please don't start the "real bboy" "fake bboy" stuff because at the end of the day bboying is an expression of music and every bboy is different, plain and simple.
