Well, to say that Soviet Russia defeated the Russian Tzars is not entirely correct, because the Soviet union was following the October revolution, however, the Tzars were defeated when the February revolution happened.

@psythen44 Apparently you didn't watch the whole video. Guess you missed the part when they said Nixon appointed the first czars and Obama kept most of the czars Bush had. So shadow cabinet my foot. All the czars are in public record and easily looked up. Oh and has anyone forgotten that Bush tried to appoint a war czar? I would think that would have been the scariest one.
