South San Francisco The industrial City has a population of over 60,000 citizens.
Being close to the SFO airport it is a noisy , bustling and growing community. In this tour we exit the Basque Community center parking lot, and drive up the hill towards the sign declaring: "South San Francisco: The industrial City"

There are 3 Bart subway station terminals nearby the Colma station, The South San Francisco Station and the San Bruno Station. Of course there is the SFO Airport station too.
South San Francisco has older neighborhoods as well as new pricier homes which are sought after due to its central location, excellent weather and good schools. Kaiser Hospital is located near the South San Francisco Bart terminal.
