Sugden vs Brashear hockey Fight, Rangers vs Capitols

Here is the write up for the fight we witnessed in front of us (9-24-09):

Brandon Sugden and Donald Brashear dropped the gloves twice in Madison Square Garden last night. It was Sugdens first, and possibly only game for the Capitals. Sugden signed with Washington affiliate Hershey in August.

The first fight was quick, leaving the fans wanting more - and more is exactly what they got. The second bout was a long one. Sugden started off strong, but Brash was able to gain control, ending the fight strong with a mix of grappling and punches in a mess of jerseys.

Brashear skated off to cheers, the loudest hes received at MSG so far. His hit on Blair Betts is close to being forgiven.
