What do you click on to make the thing attack the nurse upstairs?

@ninjaninja24 You have to make sure the person is shacking shown in the video. When the nurse sees "it" do that the nurse will run to get some drugs to make him calm. Click the nurse as "it" is getting the drugs. About arm hright then "it" will paralyize him/her self falling down the stairs then killing the old man and another nurse. (If you did it right of making them coming upstairs)
