So it was true my little angel
With all those nights of silent pain
Youll fly the wind with pride of eagle
Ill never let you down again.

Happy International Womens Day See You Tube - Womens Day, Warsaw 2004 / Dzien Kobiet, Warszawa 2004 [General about women's rights]
March is Women's History Month I'm glad you're telling people about the Soviet Women Fliers. Even American Women Fliers were ignorant of accomplishments of Soviet Women Fliers for a long time.

@IvanisovitschGrozny Political reasons unfortunately. Her father was repressed before the WWII, so she was daughter of the “people’s enemy”. In addition, no one saw her dead. She just did not come back from the mission. Some authorities in the government worried that she was not killed, but betrayed and went to the enemies. They worried to give the highest award of the country to the person who, as they thought, could be a traitor. Silly thought of course.
