Remembering to still our thoughts and feelings through the simple act of conscious breathing allows us to open our awareness to greater potentials. In this excerpt from the book by Harold W. Becker, Unconditional Love -- An Unlimited Way of Being, he shares that the breath is our way of bringing all aspects of our awareness into the present moment. In the now moment we realize our creative ability and connection to the universe and how all life breathes in a natural rhythm. When we breathe we are able to release the stress and limitations we have placed on life and instantly expand our consciousness.
