That is there because the contract 2 build a China-Pak pipeline / highway is being undertaken by a company run by Chinese military. So naturally China troops will b der. I don't think China gives arms to CPI Mao, as China is closer to Indian corporates than it's to CPI Mao. CPI Mao will nationalize all of India's corporations, something China does NOT want.

There are no natural resources there , and it will b a very costly war. If we had Maoist government in India and a Maoist government in Nepal, I can forsee a unification.
