they usually just sell sexuality or just looks, thats why its mostly negative. they mostly do like commercials, products, pictures, tv/movie. they mostly tager teens or younger people.

this is how the magazines define leng moe:

是年紀很小(只有20歲左右)、是大眼(con)美女，賣點是可­愛和漂亮，也不見得很高挑, 卻又很受年青人歡迎。

(young age, around 20's, big eyes (somtimes contacts), cute and pretty, not tall, but younger people support them)
