i love donkeys, i have one. you can ride it too. it does that, it gets really excited around people. i think it thinks its a horse. i races the other horses. my donkey doesn't rear though, it loves to gallope! Donkeys are great animals! cute daisey!

I know what it was! She (and most animals, at least equids and dogs a dn cows -- can HEAR the electric currrent running through those hotwires. She was MAD at the shocking-things Maybe she'd hit the wire for the first time, or the currnent had been off but turned back on....SOMETHING about that hotwire had her worked up! She GLARES at the wire, pawing at it. But it is the BEST thiing to have 'teen her and that busy road! :) Cute girl!!!

Yeah I see her ear at 1:24, she's listening to the cuurent and keeps runnin to you telling you th turn it off. That's my take on it, she goes bact to the wire then to you then to the wire, like "Mom! That thing BIT me...that thing right there it BIT me!!" Onle she can'e know if one of those semitrucks hit her she wouldn't be rearing and pawing over it; it would be tragic. if only there was a way we could tell them that those 'biting things' keep them safe!! <3 You're a sweet mommy!

thanks, she's always had hotwire so it's not new to her. Shes also hasn't acted like this since! LOL I think it was the mini's across the highway & the fact that it was the first really chilly day this year - just made her feel good :)

Daisy is terrific! what a wonderful donkey! she has such life and vigor! YOU GO DAISY!!! great donk eye candy! loved it!

thanks! i figured that the mini's across the highway were running around & that's why she was all bonkers. Looking for a suitable donk buddy for her now, hard to find in this area!!
