No. It was just made to show how powerful the Gamecube was.

This was just a Tech Demo based in Ocarina of Time.
The Ganondorf Sword was reused in Melee =p
Zelda TP was made to attend the demand that this video started...

This is the way it should've been. Wind waker just wasn't up to snuff, and Twilight Princess wasn't as good Ocarina. this was an expansion of a game we all knew and loved, but Nintendo ALWAYS hasta change.....Look upon this and weep for the Zelda that never was.

That was a video made before the gamecube came out specifically to show the capabilities of the sysytem.
It wasn't what Wind Waker was supposed to look like. It wasn't a cancelled game. It was just a short animation to show off the system.
