Head Stone Tipping.....50 years ago when my family purchased these family plots they were isolated on top the hill in the historic Middlesboro Cemetery. Now a state funded housing project is located next to the property. Here's the result.

Pretty obvious thing for an idiot to do and so they do it. Plenty of medieval punishments I would like to employ on these types. On another note, the water course may be a problem there. I would never wish to live at the foot of a hill with a cemetery above.

The cemetery is much better now. I started working there last summer along with my mother and father. When we started it was horrible but i must say that now its looking really good. I may make a response vid soon to show the progress.

To Whom: I visited the COLSON CEMETERY aka Middlesboro Cemetery today Sunday March 02,2008. I am appalled at the condition of the grounds.
Windblown Floral Decorations litter the place. Is there ANY maintance at all? I live out of town.
Form a Committee to rectify this injustice to those who are buried there. I'm sure Volunteers would be willing to help but Some One has to step up and get this going. What a pitiful shame!Attention City Council!ABSOLUTELY Disgraceful!

Bill Bisceglia is in charge, I think. Old Dr. Smith was closing the gate one night. Our family sends out a check yearly for care. When I filmed this I was recovering from a heart attack so I couldn't do anything. Just becoming upset was hard on me. I did email one of the council members. He was going to get on the situation. You can't even put fresh flowers out anymore for the thieves stealing them. The sad thing is my family stone is one of the tipped and my final resting place is next to it.

please let me know what cemetrey this is I also am from middlesboro an this is very disturbed to me went we put our loved ones to rest they sould rest

It's the old Middlesboro Cemetery in Binghamtown. I complained to city hall. They said they would put more patrols up there. I also told the newspaper. The Cemetery has a huge gate that blocks drivers at night but the vandals cut holes in the fence to enter. They enter from the housing project next door who's backyards boarders the fencing. I find this very disturbing too. I live out of town and it's hard to monitor the situation. I hope to have my family's stone replaced but who do you call?
