Its now at 89 million barrels per day. It's obvious how rapidly demands increase while new discoveries decline.

2015 is only 5 years away and i dont see 35 extra million barrels of oil per day being produced anytime soon.

North Sea oil isn't going to last much longer about 15 years 20 at the most when it goes prices will hike up even more.
Global Warming = Rubbish but we do need to find alternative fuel sources within 50 years or planes cars electricity boats will all dissapear within 100 years but we do already have some sources Wave, hydro, Solar Ethanol

Gaffney16celtic, where do you get these numbers from? What do you mean by last 15-20 years? North Sea production has already fallen by a third from its peak production rate in 1999.
Alternatives within 50 years? We need alternates TODAY to offset declining oil production TODAY.
