My first topsy turvy cake! Inspired by Edna (tonedna) and got the tutorial on how to make a topsy turvy cake from janellscakes. All fondant.

Did you use wooden dowelling or plastic tubes for your support?

hey jaskerry how many layers of sponge(individual cakes) did you use for each tier x

Looks great! COuld you please post your cake recipe?, I'm desperately trying to know what type of cake is best for fondant cakes, one that is dense so you can carve easily, I have already use mud cake, works great, but some clients prefer vanilla and that's the recipe I need, please!!!!!
