More evidence that Republican insiders tell the truth to each other, while they lie to everyone else.

In this excerpt from his panel talk "Rebranding Republicans: Don't Misunderestimate Us" at the 61st Annual Conference on World Affairs, Pepperdine professor (and George Bush butt-boy) Robert G. Kaufman says that the Republican Party needs "to acquire another television network so that there is not just FOX, but multiple sources of alternative information that will do a much better job than we did in 2008". Unfortunately for Mr. Kaufman, his statement was captured by C-Span's cameras.

Tell me again why Democrats ever go on the Fox Propoganda Channel?

  • "If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State". - Joseph Göebbels.

  • Hey lucid atheist, can you hurry up and turn into compost?

  • FOX News..."Fair and Balanced" Hey, FOX News, when are you going to contribute $1 million to the Democratic Party. Remember, you said you were fair and balanced, or was that all just bullshit? Just as I thought FOX Noise it was just BULLSHIT.

  • @ traficdiver

Shouldn't a lean to the left or a lean to the right for a news organization make you sick?

Do two wrongs make a right?

Are you by default admitting that Fox news is pushing propaganda even if the other stations you mentioned are doing the same?

Are you as smart as Sarah Palin?

  • I think the big mystery is how the people at FOX can tie their shoelaces.

  • bc they are not as fucked in the head maybe?

  • Watch Lou Dobbs in CNN and tell me if he is a biased Democrat. I think it was Wolf Blitzer who revealed that it had been Obama officials who had arranged for AIG executives to get their bonuses despite it all. And they laugh all the time at Obama's cabinet picks not paying taxes.

This looks to me rather balanced and bipartisan. Fox is NOT. Their creating the teabagging movement(stealing from Ron Paul)is not something an independent agency does.
