  • Thanks, Jairdan. This is music for me to listen even if it is not Christmas. Very peaceful, so beautiful!

  • Wunderschoen! Absolutely Beautiful!

Das schoenste "Stille Nacht ~ Heilige Nacht" das ich jemals bis jetzt gehoert habe. Und ich hab schon viele gehoert in meinen vielen Jahren des Lebens.

BRAVO ~ und danke, fuer die Freude!

Thank you for the JOY ~ and Happy New Year ~ even if it is not quite as "new" anymore ;o)

  • There will be always an asiatic chorus that sing better... ALWAYS.

  • WUNDERBAR!!!!!!!!!

  • @moppettshow thanks for that! i may steal it to impress people in the pub if you dont mind! :)

  • Stille Nacht, heilige Nacht... Das ist das schoenste Singen und Video.

  • @northernfag On a side note, in one of Churchill's most famous speeches -"We shall fight them on the beaches etc."- the majority of the words are Germanic, and the only French-derived word is 'surrender'... Never fails to amuse me ;-)

  • @moppettshow norman french very quickly came to bear no resemblance to that spoken in france- it remained rather medieval (like the french of the channel islands)- and in fact modern french bears very little resemblance to that spoken by the normans either . Percentage of french in english is more like 30%, and much of that is derived words, the core of English is without doubt germanic.

  • Cisza, ja jestem cisza.

    Powtórz,bom nie dosłyszał.

    Cisza, ja jestem cisza.

Milcz dumny, zabiorę cię z sobą do trumny.

  • A beautiful version sung by an excellent boys' choir. Bravi to the Thomanerchor! These boys and young men are obviously well trained. This is one of the Christmas hymns that brings a tear to the eye! Please post more!
