Transverse plane exercises are crucial for many athletics as well for anyone who wants a tight mid section.

Keep the core drawn in and make sure you bring the rope from your lower hip to above your shoulder diagonally through the center of your body.

Keep your hips as motionless as possible while you turn your torso.

You will be surprised that most people find this impossible because lack of neuromuscular control in their core.

Gravediggers sounds a lot cooler than reverse wood chips or whatever. That name comes from the motion is like the end of a shoveling motion throwing dirt over your shoulder.

Remember as always, no core, oblique or abdominal exercise will give you six pack abs or a washboard stomach.

Know your body fat and you won't waste time doing exercises which are ineffective for burning it.

Do your cardio!
