Dog Tired

A grumpy old man faces off against the neighbor's overbearing dog. Made at the UCLA Animation Workshop.

The animation was done directly on a Wacom Cintiq and using Toon Boom Studio 4.0.

Most of the backgrounds were first roughly modeled in Maya and then rendered in Flash, with the occasional Photoshop tweak.

simply amazing, what software did you use?

I used Toon Boom Studio 4 for the animation and Maya, Flash, and Photoshop for the backgrounds. I used Final Cut Pro 6 for editing, and After Effects to do the dissolves (for some reason final cut didn't like my Quicktime files and would choke whenever I added a transition).
