If you mean just the thrillls at the last several bars, you have a thrill with C, Db and E. The thrill is Db and E, but the C is the acciaccatura or whatever it's called in the thrill
Then for the right hand cross-over to the low keys, it's (by order as I play it) Bb, C, Bb, Ab, and G.
The high one is Bb, C, Bb, A, Bb, and E.
The last cross-over is a thrill between Bb and C with A as the acciaccatura.
