@GabMedX Hey! I'm not insulting you. Honestly, I hate the friendzone. I hate how I hurt guys if I don't want to be with them. But I am a very straightforward person...and I happen to believe that opposites do not attract.
Personally, I don't friendzone guys because I take some sort of sick pleasure in doing so. But the fact of the matter is, I'm not interested in them as more than friends, and they are not interested in me as less than lovers. It's an unfortunate conflict of interest.

@Yistherewar Well, miss, I'm sorry that not all men are valliant, and takes initiative. I was just explaining the REASON we get into that wretched place. We can't all be Joeys. Lots of us are Ross. Don't worry, you will find, or have found your Joey, much like some girl, some where, likes their Rosses... Ross's... Rossus... Bah, whatever!

@GabMedX And, saying this in the nicest way possible, but that's why we friendzone guys like you. I like a guy who takes initiative, who takes chances. And if he gets rejected - he takes it like a man.
I get where you're coming from. I get that it's unfair that men are expected to make the first move. But if you make your move - and fast - at least you'll have your answer either way, and not spend an eternity in the friendzone, only to fall in love and get hurt even more.

Listen to Joey...guys always wait way too long to make a move and then complain that they're in the friend zone. How is a girl supposed to know you want to be more than friends if you don't tell her?

@strangemanlaughing What we've got to lose? Our self esteem and self respect, thank you very much. People, including me, that do that (Wait to ask a girl out) are people insecure about themselves and probably with something that they find unnatractive on theirselves. That's why they wait. They fear getting rejected.
