I remember hearing Savage say to kill 100 million muslims and his reason was that he thinks that 10% of the 1 billion muslims are radical jihadists who want to kill America, so it made sense to him to kill 100 million muslims. I don't listen to the show anymore, but he always would say that if he was in power he would kill all kinds of people who are anti-americans or deport them, also would always tell people to "drop dead". The show is all about him and his needs anyway.
