@laskovaiakoshechka You my friend, are an idiot. He specializes in South Indian food which is predominantly based on the same spices. You know how mexican food uses the same base? (tortilla,taco, burrito) And it does not look like vomit. You should not be so small minded, this food is really delicious.

He is always puts the same ingredients in every recipe and food ends up looking like vomit and taste the same :S Whats so exciting about everything tasting the same?

I love this dish! in my family we call it pachi chaaru and its especially awsome on hot summer days...however we add jaggery instead of sugar!
