@marinex1212 The most obvious connection between the third to the first two is the fact that Nina and her people don't have wings any more (but implied they used to, i.e the first two games) because the Breath of Fire 1 Nina got with someone from another clan, causing their wings to disappear over time, which they have completely by the third game. Breath of Fire 4 seems to foreshadow the first game in subtle ways. Capcom said the fifth isn't related to the first four, however.

Mogu is that little Mole you find in the desert. He performs the command dig. Such an unmemorable character lol and most useless in BoF I besides Gobi. I never used them unless I fused them with Karn lmao!

@DarkMandrill Descendents of the Ryu from the first game.

In BoF2 it's made quite obvious it's the same timeline as BoF1, only centuries in the future, but with the other 3 games I'm not so sure.
