  • HOW CAR CAN U GET ON THIS BIKE ON A 100% FULL OF FUEL

  • @1100HondaCB I have 1980... So not restricted... TBH I honestly cant tell the power difference between it and an SR125

  • @1100HondaCB put three w'a on the beginning and squeeze it all back together

  • @1100HondaCB either find an old 1970ies CB125T about 1979 to 1978-1980 and lift the engine out of it, or find a good head and camshaft along with larger carbs, from the earlier model. Or you can get new parts, a Takegawa cam shaft 26mm carbs. genuinemotorcycleparts.c om /parts/

    Honda/CB-125-T/

  • @Scootertuner1000 I have a cg125 and currently restoring a CB125T. The CG125 will do 55mph and thats it. The CB125T is obviously restricted to 12bhp. How could I get it to full power as the 1970 models were and as the German models are also.

  • @1100HondaCB however if you can get the cam off one of the earlier 15hp ones, they pull about 80mph. Takegawa makes a hot cam for them. The CB125T from the 1970ies would pull 80 easily. L plate laws reduced their speed because of the 12hp limit before that they were 15-16hp

  • @1100HondaCB I had one of these it would do 70mph at something like 11,000rpm maybe a little more, RPS that that is.

  • @ruseell95 I find hard to believe a CB125T Superdream will do 85-90. More like 65mph if you're very lucky. I think 55mph is about it for these. BTW, I need a new camshaft for mine and can't get one.

  • the 1982 cb 125 t, practically has no filters :) just rock filters

still yours is in better shape, it works for starters...

  • unfortunatley someone has fitted your twin with the cm/cd 2-1 inlet manifold and single carb, this really does slow them down a lot! and adding a kn with that micron/motad 2-1 wont help, too much back pressure. I have had 4 of these and tune them, most will do 85-90 when played with :-) I have a 2-1 exhaust with a straight through carbon can for sale if anyone is interested
