  • how is the action on your tenor? i've heard thaat they are a little bit high.

  • That determines on what you consider "high action".

The distance from the fretboard to the strings is approximately 0.05 centimetres. For a player like myself who alternates between strumming, slide playing and fingerstyle solos, the action is more than acceptable.

  • Beautiful new uke, congrats man. And beautiful voice and playing. I'm quite impressed. Five stars and a sub!

  • Yay!!!!!

Erm.... I mean... Thank you very much for your comments. Tea and crumpets anyone?

  • mm, that's a beaut!! that was exciting,

i liked your cover too - good song choice! :)

  • Oh... there you are!

Irving Berlin songs sound like they were made for the uke, ya know?

  • It was fun sharing the joy of your tenor's arrival!. You have a nice voice and you play great!. Very nice Uke! ( I'll be ordering the soprano :-)

  • very sweet cover :)

  • Man your voice is beautiful and so is your uke. Your playing is not to shabby either.

    Keep up the good work!

  • I have always thought this for many years, how can black men folk sing so high, sound like cherabs, and have such a range of harmonics, I have always thought the width of the neck or maybe shorter vocal chords, thinner, tighter larynx, bit like a Uke';-), black chaps never seem to strain there voices, neither Asians but not so good as the player involved here, superb voice and superb playing, very, very good my friend, superb.

    Rob, from the Uk

  • Man, you rock. The guitar rocks too. Yes, I'll buy Mainland but no sure concert or tenor.

  • dude you got a sweeet voice! And made me just get a mainland!!!

  • Hey. Your performance made up my mind to get a mahogany Mainland. Such a nice tone. Should be here in a couple of days and I'm so looking forward to it. Thanks, man...you've got a wonderful vibe which complements your playing and voice beautifully...kudos!

  • I was at their shop in Nashville last week and ordered one right away, the wood is beautiful, love the rope/abolone? edging. The sound is supurb.
